Ambassadors Educated on Branded Beef – Certified Angus Beef ® sponsored a “Building Blocks for Success Seminar” for the National Beef Ambassador Team at their office in Wooster, OH December 19 – 20. On Wednesday, President, John Stika welcomed them and presented Science Behind the Sizzle™.  Ambassadors learned the criteria to producing Certified Angus Beef, creating and processing supply and sourcing the brand.  Thursday ambassadors had an opportunity to network with CAB staff and Junior National Angus Board members.  They also were educated on sales, domestic and international marketing, brand assurance and value-added products.  www.certifiedangusbeef.com
