Where in the World are the National Beef Ambassadors Now?

2009 BEEF Recipe Demonstration Training

The 2009 National Beef Ambassador Team learned the art of demonstrating simple to prepare beef recipes.  An intensive day at the Beef Culinary Center in Chicago the ambassadors learned about preparation and set-up for beef demonstrations as well as the importance of proper product temperature and safe handling.  They also learned how to incorporate their nutritional message into the demonstration.  The objective of this training was for the beef ambassadors to be able to share their knowledge in the ease of beef preparation and how beef fits into a healthy diet with peers on their college campuses and communities.
